Reflexology and Holistic massage in North London


Hello my name is Carole and it is my goal to help you achieve and maintain a healthy mind and body. I have been an established masseuse for twenty years and a reflexologist for thirteen years. During this time I have helped many people attain their goals in a more balanced way of living which improves the way they feel.

I developed my passion for reflexology through my own personal desire to have a better understanding of how our bodies work. Originally inspired by the physical benefits of reflexology, I soon began to understand this complimentary therapy to be much more beneficial, embracing the calming, clearing and soothing effects on the mind and spirit, which restores balance within the body and into our lives.

My training began in Norfolk as a full time student for three years, studying Health and Beauty Therapy and learning how to manage and run a business, attaining my International Therapy Examination Council [ITEC] diploma.

Following my initial training, I travelled to London working as a therapist in Belsize Park, where I gained a foundation of basic knowledge and experience from my Clients and therapist colleagues for two years. I then moved on to a salon in Hampstead which I managed for a further two successful years.

In 1990 I set up my own business and built up a Client base all over the London area, working in The London Clinic, Cromwell Hospital and the oncology unit in the King's Oak Hospital in Enfield.

I believe that the health and beauty of a person comes from within. This drew me to further my learning by attending a course in North London practicing Reflexology.


I qualified in 1997 obtaining my diploma, ITEC [International Therapy Examination council] and in 2000 became a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists. Since then I have founded and developed my practice in Enfield and I undertake home visits as a reflexologist in North London, covering the areas of Enfield, Crouch End, Highgate, Hampstead, Muswell Hill, St John's Wood and Swiss Cottage.
